1.) Brand Partnership Lead

Job Description


  • We are seeking passionate and creative marketers with a strong sales spirit or sales rock stars with a curiosity for marketing to join Glovo's Brands Ads team in Nigeria!

The Journey

  • Understand the specificities of the Brands’ landscape in Nigeria, and the potential of each segment (FMCG Brands, Non Endemic Brands, Media Agencies, Financial Services) to build a localized strategy for Brands Ads
  • Lead the identification, prioritization and hunting of new prospects
  • Ensure flawless execution of ad campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on partners and Glovo's overall performance
  • Track partners’ progress, meet targets and identify new opportunities
  • Educate prospects and existing partners on Glovo’s advertising offering
  • Drive sales of Glovo advertising products 
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with partner Brands and Media Agencies
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation, both in terms of advertising products and partnership models
  • Create success stories and share best practices
  • Team management

What You Will Bring to the Ride

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
  • 5-7 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Media Agency, Consumer Goods company, or e-commerce business
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
  • Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, including tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.

2.) Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Your Mission

  • As a Glovo Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local stores and corporate customers around the cities of your region.
  • In some cases they will be existing cities that will need you focussing on increasing content or figure out the best restaurants in town and convince them to join our platform; in some others you will have to build our portfolios of restaurants and partners from scratch in a matter of weeks and subsequently grow them to ensure enough content quality in the city.

The Journey

  • Identify the most trendy establishments in your cities in categories such as restaurants, snacks, fashion, cosmetics, electronics, florists,...
  • Always be aware of, and be passionate about, the coolest places, events and products in your city
  • Be responsible for the whole sales process of visibility assets with current partners to find and negotiate the best products adapted to their needs and according to their cities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
  • Daily report with the tasks executed (calls and visits)
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

What You Will Bring to the Ride

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales - key contacts in the industry is a plus
  • Professional English level
  • Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have an ability to empathise with new people you meet
  • Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment (impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen)
  • Overachieving targets is a must
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools : Zoho, Hubspot, Google Docs and MS Office
  • Experience in a high-growth digital startup business is a plus

3.) Head of Growth / Marketing

Job Location: Lagos
Department: Marketing & Growth

Your Mission

  • We are looking for a seasoned head of marketing who can help grow the Glovo brand while formulating and executing new strategies to acquire new customers in Nigeria.
  • This person must be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

The Journey

  • Define Glovo’s Marketing strategy for Nigeria cluster together with the Regional Marketing Director  
  • Lead the execution of the marketing plans and track performance on the agreed growth goals
  • Understand the local media landscape and define the right mix of digital / non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC targets
  • Define promotional, pricing, and point-of-sale strategy
  • Manage the cluster marketing budget

Requirements
What You Will Bring to the Ride:

  • Minimum of 5  years of Marketing experience in a similar role at a leading FMCG blue chip company or fast-growing tech company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high-growth and complex business challenges
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and TV 
  • Proficient in English.
