1.) Head, Corporate Sales
Job Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt, Rivers

Overall Responsibility
- The Head, Corporate Sales (Lagos, Port- Harcourt, Abuja) is responsible for developing sales strategies, establishing, and growing client relationships for corporate customers within the private sector. S/he will coordinate the marketing activities of the corporate team as well as conversion of prospects, optimization of existing relationships and maintaining service excellence.He/She will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring and developing a portfolio of High-Net worth Individuals, driving sales strategies and growing a network of high-profile clients. She/he will solicit, develop and generate full-time relationships with clients and also increase the market share of customers’ businesses thereby maximizing profitability for the organization and clients.
Job Description
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Foster strong relationships with corporate high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to their financial goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences and product offerings.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
Skills and Knowledge required for the Job
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Finance, or related field. Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division. (MBA or MSC would be an added advantage).
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales within the sales and asset and wealth management space.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

2.) Head, Risk
Job Location: Lagos

Overall Responsibility
- The Head of Risk has oversight of the risk management function to identify, measure, assess, and mitigate internal and external risks that may hinder the organization from achieving its strategic objectives.
- S/he will be responsible for providing hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit, and operational risk, ensuring controls are operating effectively, and providing research and analytical support as well as overseeing the communication of risk policies and processes for the organization.
Job Description
- Monitor investments limits in line with internal approved limits/regulatory standards
- Monitor operational risk indicators in the company and give feedback periodically to management and the Board.
- Develop the ERM framework for the business
- Implement risk management structure
- Set limits in line with the risk acceptance criteria/risk appetite of the organisation
- Coordinating and reporting risk management activities of the company
- Develop risk management strategies
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
- Evaluating control systems and ensuring best tools are deployed
- Advise internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
- Conduct compliance risk assessment enterprise-wide
- Conduct internal reviews and audits
- Carry out regular trainings and workshop
- Periodic report to both the Management and the Board Committee.
Skills and Knowledge Required for the Job
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Legal (Master’s Degree is an additional advantage)
- Experience in Market risk
- Strong knowledge of portfolio risk management techniques, e.g. key risk metrics for players in the financial markets, capital management, database management, risk analysis etc.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Local and international certifications in risk management, such as Certificate in Risk Management (CIRM)
- Strong understanding of development and trends in both international and African financial sectors, as well as regulations and trends in these markets
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management concepts, frameworks to proactively identify risks inherent in business operations that can have negative strategic implications for the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3.) Head Finance
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Overall Responsibilities
- The Head, Finance is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
- S/he will also be responsible for establishing the Financial Reporting Controls Framework (FRCF) for the IFRS financial statements, statutory and tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, fund accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g GAAP/IFRS), while maintaining a strong internal control environment.
- Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and executive strategic financial plans that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to support decision making by senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to drive financial strategies that enhance business performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the finance department.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, MSC would be an added advantage). Candidate MUST be ICAN or ACCA , or related, certified.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive finance experience, with significant knowledge of managing a Team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional financial analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft excel skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to upholding the highest level of professionalism.
4.) Sales & Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

- The Sales & Business Development Officer will be responsible for the management of existing clients to ensure retention, development of new businesses and acquisition drive within a defined geography, for consistent and profitable growth.

- S/He will work with regional managers to identify regional market opportunities and build good working relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with prospective corporate & HNI and existing high-net-worth clients.

- Provide personalized investment advisory services, offering tailored solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, promote cross sales opportunities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- A proven track record of at least 3 years in sales and investment management within the Finance, Asset and Wealth Management industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ACCA, CFA, CFP) would be advantageous.
