1.) Legal Officer (Eversage Law Practice)
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements related to oil field engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Act as a liaison between legal counsel, clients, and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office operations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and provide relevant legal advice to internal teams.
- Maintain and organize legal databases, records, and files.
- Coordinate and schedule legal meetings, hearings, and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to legal team members and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a legal officer
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, contracts, and regulations i
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.

2.) Personal Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description

Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
- Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
- Manage the Executive's contacts
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
- Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs.
- Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.

- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
- You will play a vital role in providing efficient and confidential administrative support to our attorneys and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and Meeting Management:Schedule appointments,meetings,and depositions for attorneys and clients.Maintain and update calendars,ensuring all deadlines and commitments are met.Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed minutes.
- Travel and Expense Management:Book travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.Coordinate expense reports and ensure timely processing.
- Communication and Client Service:Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Greet clients and visitors,managing the front desk and providing assistance as needed.Draft and distribute emails,correspondence,and legal documents.Maintain accurate contact lists and client information.
- Document Management and Filing:Create and maintain filing systems for physical and electronic documents.Scan and upload documents to our case management system.Organize and label legal files with accuracy and precision.
- General Office Support:Order and manage office supplies.Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.Prepare presentations and reports as needed.Assist with research and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in a legal or professional setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with attorneys,clients,and colleagues.
