We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Shift Engineer, Cane Milling
Job Location: Niger
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate milling operations during the shift to ensure smooth cane crushing and juice extraction.
 - Monitor equipment performance, identify abnormalities, and take corrective actions promptly.
 - Ensure compliance with production targets, efficiency levels, and quality standards.
 - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the engineering/maintenance team.
 - Lead, supervise, and motivate operators, fitters, and technicians on shift.
 - Maintain proper logbooks, shift reports, and records of operational parameters.
 - Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and process-related issues in milling plants.
 - Enforce adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and good manufacturing practices.
 - Communicate effectively with incoming/outgoing shifts and other departments to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
 - 3 – 5 years of experience in sugar factory operations, preferably in cane milling.
 - Strong knowledge of cane preparation, milling tandems, juice extraction, and related process equipment.
 - Familiarity with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and shift management.
 - Good leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage shift teams.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and in a high-temperature industrial environment.
 - Upate in process optimization initiatives and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.

2.) Project Accountant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure.
 - Track, analyze, and report on project financial performance, including cost variances, commitments, and projections.
 - Ensure accurate and timely posting of project-related transactions in the accounting system.
 - Review and validate project invoices, contracts, and purchase orders for compliance.
 - Prepare financial reports for management, project stakeholders, and auditors.
 - Monitor cash flow requirements for ongoing projects.
 - Assist project managers in understanding financial data and implications of decisions.
 - Support the preparation of project audits and compliance reviews.
 - Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
 - Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage).
 - 3–5 years of relevant experience in project accounting, management accounting, or financial control.
 - Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
 - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
 - Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
 
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects is an added advantage.

3.) Concrete Supervisor
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of concrete work, including formwork, reinforcement, mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing.
 - Ensure concrete operations comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
 - Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials required for concrete activities.
 - Monitor and control concrete placement to achieve correct levels, alignment, and finishes.
 - Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and embedded items before concrete pouring.
 - Liaise with batching plant, quality control, and site engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality of concrete.
 - Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and labor productivity.
 - Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and safe work practices.
 - Provide leadership and guidance to concrete workers, masons, and subcontractors.
 - Report daily progress, challenges, and resource requirements to site management.
 - Identify and resolve technical or on-site issues related to concrete works.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
 - 3 - 5 years of experience supervising concrete works on construction projects.
 - Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs, curing methods, and quality control procedures.
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 - Good communication and reporting skills.
 - Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
 
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work long hours and under site conditions.
 - Familiarity with concrete testing and standards is an added advantage.

4.) Workshop Officer (Auto-Electrician)
Job Location: Niger
Responsibilites
- Diagnose electrical faults in vehicles, trucks, tractors, and heavy equipment.
 - Repair and maintain wiring harnesses, lighting systems, ignition systems, alternators, starter motors, and other electrical components.
 - Install and test electrical and electronic devices such as batteries, alarms, radios, air-conditioning systems, GPS trackers, and sensors.
 - Inspect, service, and replace faulty wiring and electrical parts.
 - Use diagnostic tools, meters, and schematics to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues.
 - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
 - Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and parts replaced.
 - Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime.
 - Collaborate with mechanics, technicians, and operators to ensure effective repairs and service delivery.
 - Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
 
Qualifications
