1.) Business Operations Manager

Position Overview


  • We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer with a passion for furniture design to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background and an eye for aesthetics, helping us create innovative and functional furniture solutions that enhance both residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create furniture designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications for furniture pieces.
  • Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored furniture solutions.
  • Assist in the visualization of concepts through sketches, renderings, and 3D modeling software.
  • Participate in project presentations and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in furniture design or architectural projects, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture ergonomics.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with year-end audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
