We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Accounting Officer

Job Location: Oshodi / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The Management Accountant

Responsibilities


  • Record financial transactions in accounting software and aid in the preparation of financial statements
  • Maintaining fixed asset register and project accounting ledgers
  • Process journals (correcting, provisioning, accounting for transactions etc.) maintaining balance and control standards
  • Manage and monitor the flow of inventories.
  • Liaise in record and management of importation costing processes. ? Monitoring company assets in all units.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
  • B.Sc. Economics, Finance, or HND in any of the Social Sciences with 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Age 25- 30 years
  • BSc / HND Degree in Accounting, with 3 - 5 years’ experience
  • Completed NYSC scheme
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Not a chartered accountant

People Management Skills:

  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Influencing/rapport building skills.
  • Planning, organizing, and Problem solving
  • Understanding of how to monitor basic monetary expenses (i.e. control vs. budget)
  • Risk assessment.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and technical skills and have the ability to work under pressure and sustain good working relationship with colleagues.

2.) Retail Center Supervisor

Job Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Scope
Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all accounting and financial matters complies with company’s policy
  • Manage sales operations, technical and welding stores
  • Oversee cylinder management
  • Supervise agencies operations
  • Ensure products availability to meet customer demand responding to queries and or problems by organising action
  • Ensure effective customer service and retail selling skill
  • Daily banking of cash and debt collected
  • Verification of all expenses and ensuring all expenses are rightly coded
  • Effective monitoring of in and out movement of stock items in the Showroom
  • Perform personnel and administrative duties
  • Ensure that safety procedures are in place and strictly adhere to them.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
  • B.Sc. / HND in Accounting with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred age: 25 – 30 years
  • Completed NYSC scheme
  • Desirable - analytical mind, willingness to learn new things and readiness to stretch self as need arises
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

3.) Internal Audit Officer

Job Location: Oshodi / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
  • Identify and document potential risks and weaknesses in processes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective measures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the audit plan.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc / HND Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
  • Age 25- 30 years
  • Completed NYSC scheme
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • High Knowledge on the use of risk framework /Register
  • Previous internal audit experience will be an added advantage.
