1.) Sales Executive

  • The ideal candidate will become an integral part of our dedicated team, to contribute to the growth and success of our HR consulting and training firm.

Job Overview


  • As a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and delivering high valued monthly targets for the organization by identifying potential customers, selling our services, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential markets and target audience.
  • Generate and qualify leads from both businesses (B2B) and individual professionals (B2C).
  • Convert leads to sales
  • Conduct sales rounds and implement effective strategies to promote our consulting and training services.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Increase conversion rates and develop a robust sales pipeline by effectively presenting our services.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies
  • Meet monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to keep track of progress.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales or Business development experience.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience and a track record of success in sales.
  • Passionate and persistent with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and graphic design is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter.
  • Experience in selling services is preferred.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and its environs

Salary
N85,000.00 gross plus commission on sales

2.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Overview

  • As the Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firm and driving its growth.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive various aspects of the business, including operations, client management, sales, and team coordination.
  • This is a hands-on role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep understanding of HR services, consulting, and training.

Responsibilities
Business Operations:

  • Manage the overall operations of the firm, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimise business operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Client Management and Sales:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for their business solutions needs.
  • Identify client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct client consultations and needs assessments, and present HR,training or consultancy service proposals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events, conferences, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets.

Team Coordination:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share knowledge, and address any challenges.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities and training for team members.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
  • At least 3 successful years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar business. management role. Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a small team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a growth and problem-solving mindset.

3.) Junior Electrical Project Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Project Engineer passionate about renewable energy and experienced in solar-related products.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and executing solar energy projects, ensuring their successful implementation from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be joining a dynamic engineering and systems integrator firm dedicated to providing integrated renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Develop electrical solutions by studying customer requirements and designing and implementing appropriate products/solutions.
  • Conduct accurate power audits and oversee installation, inspection, and commissioning of power systems projects.
  • Troubleshoot power systems (UPS, Inverters, AVRs) and provide aftersales and servicelevel field support, maintenance services, onsite systems troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Maintain the company's tools, equipment, and PPE database, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
  • Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, maintaining both soft and hard copy inventory databases.
  • Contribute to team effort and participate in the preparation of Technical Bids via proposal efforts (Project method statements, implementation plan & schedule).
  • Design, develop, and evaluate power systems, ensuring timely delivery within budgets and meeting international standards.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research, propose, and implement engineering systems and solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Submit weekly reports and collaborate with crossfunctional personnel to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing UPS, Inverters, and AVRs
  • NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Project, and the ability to use
  • AutoCAD is an advantages.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and
  • external stakeholders.
  • A professional affiliation is an added advantage
  • Driver’s license

Compensation
N80,000(HMO and Life Insurance) Monthly.
