An LPG Supply and Distribution company is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) General Manager, Gas Delivery

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for growing the gas delivery business, ensuring optimal operational performance, setting and achieving strategic and operational goals, managing the team effectively and ensuring customers need are satisfactorily met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying customer segments, set segment growth targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute the customer acquisition plan
• Ensure customer issues and service complaints are promptly resolved and maintain high standard of customer service in all gas delivery operations.
• Work closely with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient and optimal gas delivery operations.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the gas delivery operations.
• Provide support to all team members as needed to deliver on performance and operational targets.

Education and Experience

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant discipline is required.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with at least four (4) years in a managerial position.
• A Master`s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Considerable experience in sales or business development is compulsory.
• Experience in LPG operations or Gas delivery operations.

Key Competencies:

• Must be a natural sales man, strategic thinker, highly motivated and target driven
• Ability to engage with customer at all levels
• Must have good written and oral communication skill
• Must possess good negotiation and problem-solving skill.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

2.) General Manger, Gas Terminal

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for growing the gas terminal business, ensuring optimal operational performance, setting and achieving strategic and operational goals, managing the team effectively and ensuring customers need are satisfactorily met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying customer segments, set segment growth targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute the customer acquisition plan
• Ensure customer issues and service complaints are promptly resolved and maintain high standard of customer service in all terminal operations.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the terminal operations.
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure safe, efficient and optimal terminal operations.
• Provide support to all team members as needed to deliver on performance and operational targets

Education and Experience

• HND / BSc in any relevant discipline is required.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with at least four (4) years in a managerial position.
• A Master`s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Considerable experience in Sales or Business development is compulsory.
• Experience in Oil and Gas downstream operations particularly LPG terminal operations.

Key Competencies:

• Must be a natural sales man, strategic thinker, highly motivated and target driven
• Ability to engage with customer at all levels
• Must have good written and oral communication skill
• Must possess good negotiation and problem-solving skill.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.

Job Summary

• Responsible for growing the gas piping business, ensuring optimal operational performance, setting and achieving strategic and operational goals, managing the team effectively and ensuring customers need are satisfactorily met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying customer segments, set segment growth targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute the customer acquisition plan
• Ensure customer issues and service complaints are promptly resolved and maintain high standard of customer service at all times.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure safe, efficient and optimal gas piping operations.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to during piping projects execution and handover.
• Provide support to all team members as needed to deliver on performance and operational targets

Education and Experience

• HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline is required.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with at least four (4) years in a managerial position.
• Experience in LPG operations or Gas delivery operations.
• A Masters degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Considerable experience in sales or business development is compulsory.
