1.) Female Account Officer 

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview


  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Officer to join our finance team. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Management:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.

Transaction Processing:

  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
  • Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.

Customer and Vendor Relations:

  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Resolve any issues related to accounts receivable or payable in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Other:

  • Female for Gender Balance.

2.) Male Executive Assistant to the MD

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, finance, and construction project management and must have experience working in a structured environment.
  • This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and industry partners on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support the MD in managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles, financial management, and construction project management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a structured and fast-paced work environment.
