Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customer lists and help purchase products.
• Duties include selling, Shelving and invoicing.
• The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide customers with information about products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Ring up purchases.
• Follow all the company's policies and procedures

Requirements

• OND, HND, BSc
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail
• Computer literate.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba environments is very important

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Store / Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Our client a Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a Warehouse Officer is responsible for receiving materials incoming from vendor, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock and maintaining accurate stock record.

Warehouse Officer Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
• Ensure all documentations related to responsibility are accurately processed, distributed and released to all concerned in a timely manner.
• Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.
• Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock taking
• Replenish shop floor stock constantly
• Managed inbound logistics
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
• Issues materials against authorized store requisition and keeps store issue voucher in appropriate file
• Report all warehouse activities on monthly for stock inventory, pallets kept at warehouses both internal and external.
• To ensure physical stock take correct in compared to system and give explanation for variances

Requirement

• NCE, OND, HND,
• Experience working in a store or warehouse would be advantageous
• High level of Integrity
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to pay attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Reporting skills and ability to analyze Information,
• Inventory Control, Reporting Skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba , Yaba would be most preferred

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

3.) Company Driver

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up and deliver goods to clients
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their goods
• Understand traffic laws
• Stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle and proper documents
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.

Requirements and skills

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification with relevant wok experience.
• Proven experience as a Driver
• A valid driver’s license, LASDRI
• Must be willing to resume immediately
• Work days: Mon to Fridays alternative Saturdays.
• Knowledge of Lagos roads, area, and neighborhoods
• A polite and professional disposition
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic
• Must live in Surulere, Yaba, Mushin, and environs.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 / Month.
