We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior System Network Administrator

Job Location: Lagos

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administration of the company's Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
  • Administration of the company’s Microsoft Azure cloud.
  • Microsoft 365 Global Administrator.
  • Team Lead in the migration of the Temenos 24 R18 Core Banking Application from On-Premise server to the Microsoft Azure cloud.
  • Created and implemented VPN tunnels with failover groups between AWS VPC and Sophos Firewall.
  • Administration of Windows Servers and Systems on-premises.
  • Administration of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controller.
  • Team Lead on the implementation and resolution of Vulnerability and Penetration Testing (VAPT) findings.
  • Team member on the IT Steering Committee (ITSC) and Information Security Steering Committee (ISSC) to review the company’s processes, operations, and IT infrastructure to meet up with the regulatory standard.
  • Support security solutions, including Sophos Firewall, and Bit-Defender Anti-virus.
  • Scrum Master Professional
  • Agile Project Management Professional
  • Provide 1st-level support of all operational applications across the company. E.g., NIBSS E-Reference Portal, NIBSS Helpdesk Platform, My Bank Statement Portal, E-Passport Verification System (The Nigeria Immigration Service), VerifyMe portal, OFI ICAD UPLOAD Portal, Access Door/Camera Portal.
  • Business applications support E.g., Prime Pay, Prime Serve, Internal Resource Stream (IRS) platform.
  • Supporting the WAN and ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
  • Software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, and software.
  • Supporting users daily to contribute to their overall IT needs and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Relevant Work Experience (Minimum number of years):

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as Network and Systems Administrator with relevant experience on Cloud servers and security, Azure and Database.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an advantage

2.) Core Banking & Integration Officer (T24 Banking)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Duties

  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of T24 core banking application, run the daily close of business, generate all departmental reports
  • Responsible for T24 Local Development & Customization (write routines), designs T24 Versions and Enquiry, design reports and requested by the users
  • Responsible for MySQL DB administration, backup and restoration.
  • Implement and support Temenos Web Services Integration, Restful web services
  • T24 Data Migration
  • Provide T24 support to operators to resolve any COB problem (using Temenos approved models), escalate critical errors
  • Access the Business Requirement Documents of all the interfaces, Develop corresponding Functional and Technical Specification Document
  • Create products as requested from business and give necessary supports. Arrangement Architecture for T24 Transact.

Academic Qualifications (Minimum)

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.

Relevant Work Experience (Minimum number of years):

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience across all technical and functional areas of T24.

Skills (technical and soft skills):

  • Proven work experience as a T24 Core Banking Technical Analyst preferably in the FINTECH space.

3.) Head, Compliance & Governance

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Duties
Compliance:

  • Design the Bank's compliance program/plan on an annual basis.
  • Develop a compliance policy for the Bank
  • Ensuring that appropriate returns are prepared and filed with the relevant regulatory authorities such as the CBN, NFIU, CAC, FIRS, NSITF, ITF, PENCOM etc.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable laws and regulations as well as the Bank's internal standards of conduct and procedures as stated in the Bank's Code of Ethics, Conduct and Conflict of interest policies.
  • Monitoring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations governing the affairs of the Bank and ensuring prompt regulatory reporting
  • Working with HC and L&D team to develop an effective compliance training program including apt introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers
  • Put in place adequate program for the Bank's AML/CFT drive and monitoring and ensure that new products and/or business initiatives are designed in conformity with applicable regulations in mind

Governance:

  • Assist the retained Company Secretaries to ensure the smooth running of Board and board committee meetings.
  • Review minutes of board and board committee meetings as drafted by the Company Secretaries.
  • Follow up with respective managers on action points from Board and board committee meetings
  • Prepare quarterly governance report to the BNGC.
  • Act as the Secretary to the Bank’s Executive Committee
  • Coordinate the annual Board evaluation exercises.

Accountavbilities (What you will be held responsible for)

  • Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the Bank.
  • Providing guidance, advice, and training.
  • Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance.
  • Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Board.
  • Interacting with regulators on compliance issues.
  • Developing the annual compliance work plan that reflects the Bank's unique characteristics.
  • Periodically revising the compliance plan in light of changes.
  • Guiding the compliance team in a productive and professional way.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program.
  • Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
  • Developing policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspected fraud and other improprieties, without fear of retaliation.
  • Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
  • Independently investigating and acting on matters related to compliance.
  • Monitoring external review processes

Academic Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Bachelor of Laws; or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; or Bachelor of Science in Accounting; or Bachelor degree in any other relevant field

Relevant Work Experience (Minimum number of years)

  • At least 10 years of business experience, (including at least 5 years of Compliance Risk
  • Management and company secretary duties at Senior Managerial Level) in a financial institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience as senior management in comprehensive compliance and governance risk management and regulatory knowledge and experience as a banker or regulator in key risks facing financial services companies including on credit, interest rate, liquidity, mergers/acquisitions, compliance, legal and operational risks.
  • At least 5 years of experience as senior manager in compliance and/or internal audit matters in financial institutions.
