We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Executive Driver

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role


  • The executive driver is responsible for safely transporting to various locations, ensuring punctuality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning routes based on the CTO’s calendar, avoiding delays, and ensuring efficient and safe movement.
  • Keeping the vehicle clean, fueled, and in top condition through regular service and inspections.
  • Ensuring safety and maintaining confidentiality regarding conversations and destinations.
  • Coordinating with staff for smooth logistics.

Qualifications

  • Professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of traffic regulations and best routes.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Discretion and professionalism, given executive-level exposure.
  • Valid driver's license, knowledge of Lagos roads, should be able to use Google map as well.
  • Must be a responsible person.
  • 2 years and above experience as a driver.
  • Proximity to the location is very key.
  • SSCE qualification.
  • Age Range: 30 years and above.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.

2.) Product Manager

Job Location: Opebi - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

  • The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive the development and improvement of our products.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining alignment with customer needs and industry trends while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience through regular enhancements and exceptional support.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Click Up, Aha!, or similar.
  • Proficiency in various user research techniques.
  • Proficiency in various A/B testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in various data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with lending platforms or other financial services products.
  • Understanding of web, mobile and backend technologies, and experience having technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian fintech ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
  • Passion for innovation and user-centric design.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Deputy, People and Culture to lead and manage our performance management initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture. 
  • In this role, you will work closely with the People and Culture lead to design, implement, and maintain systems that drive individual and organizational performance.
