1.) Biomedical Engineer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description


  • The Biomedical Engineer Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of medical devices and equipment in our facility.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of Biomedical Engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop biomedical devices and systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct testing and validation of medical equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Maintain documentation related to design processes, testing, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biomedical engineering.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to assess equipment needs and provide technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to medical devices and systems.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of junior engineers and interns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience asBiomedical Engineering in a reputable hospital
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, ISO, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

2.) Pharmacist

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Critical Accountabilities

  • List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
  • Provides clinical pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Prioritizes level of care based on critical needs.
  • Ensuring medicinal products are stored appropriately and securely to ensure freshness and potency.
  • Ensuring medication reaches the patients in the correct form and dose – this may include tablets, capsules, ointments, injections, inhalers, creams, etc.
  • Responsible for the accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for inpatients or outpatients.
  • Counseling patients on the effects, dosage, and route of administration of their drug treatments, particularly those who require co.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum of One (1) year of relevant experience.

3.) Registered Nurse / Midwife

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Administration of all nursing procedures
  • Implementation of hospital and nursing guidelines
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment conducive to patients care
  • Co-ordination of patients care in liaison with other relevant departments.
  • Keeping safe custody of patients' notes and other important records/ documentations and submit reports as required
  • Ensuring safety and proper/economical use of equipment, supplies and premises space.
  • Ensuring "last office" procedures are properly performed.
  • Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
  • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Assuring quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by company / state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
  • Resolving patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel when necessary.
  • Maintaining patient confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
  • Maintaining continuity among nursing by documenting teams communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Providing instant care to patient during medical emergencies.
  • Maintaining a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Registered Nurse / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing / Midwifery with 3-4 years of work experience.
