We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1.) IT Support Engineer


Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The provide technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • You may also be required to install new software applications and train clients on proper application use

Key Elements of the Role

  • Installing and configuring client computer systems.
  • Responding to client IT support requests.
  • Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair computer systems (Laptop/Server/Desktop/Printer etc ) and keep the record
  • Troubleshoot IOS/Windows /MS-Office related issues
  • Escalate the Inverter /Battery related issue to inverter team
  • Regular check of CCTV , Biometric terminals and VoIP Phones
  • Ensure Network access to only authorised person after approval
  • Regular Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Network system (Switch / Wireless AP/Firewall)
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Software update check (Antivirus/ windows / MS-office)
  • Ensure Network Uplink uptime (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer
  • Configure firewall, manage policy
  • Email configuration, troubleshooting
  • Regular Internet link and structural cable check
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Keep the record of IT-assets (Laptop/keyboard/mouse/charger etc)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Engineeringor a related field,
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a technical support engineer in an ICT company
  • Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 per month.

2.) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support Officer.
  • This role is designed for someone eager to start their career in finance and operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • You will assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.

Key Elements of the Role

  • Reports to ERP Implementation Manager
  • Provide support for system users by troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
  • Participate in the implementation of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Provide support for call logs, assign call to team members
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
  • One-point contact between business team and end users

Desired Skills & Experience

3.) E- Bike Sales Manager

Job Location: Eric Moore / Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • A self directed sales approach by pro- actively seeking new customers, identify leads, qualify them, establish rapport with the, and support their success while making profitable sales of our distributed products.
  • Meet or exceed the goals for the E- bike category on a duration of annual basis. Track selling activity using pre-established methods and programs.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Be a sales expert on the E-bike category. Be conscientious of themes as they develop. Communicate relevant information and make recommendations to the National head in order to positively affect sales strategy.
  • Share facts and data regarding what does and doesn’t sell and make recommendations for changes to product, promotion, placement and or pricing to differentiate QBP, gain competitive advantage and optimize retailers’ business. Generate and analyze standard reports and design useful new reports as needed.

4.) Warehouse Officer

Job Locations: Oregun, Lagos & Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Branch Service Head
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Staff member with extensive knowledge of Power product spare parts to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
  • This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of Power product spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and track inventory levels.
  • Generate reports on inventory status and order fulfillment as needed.
  • Work closely with the warehouse manager and other team members to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.

Skills Requirements:
