We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Security Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibility


  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order
  • surveillance of premises and protection of staff and visitors
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
  • Perform routine inspections
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operation
  • Monitor video screens connected to security cameras
  • Manage security procedures such as metal detectors or bag checks
  • Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
  • greeting facility guests, signing guests into the visitor book
  • Protect office property from hazards and harm.
  • Check for and issue guest passes to those entering the facility
  • Secure areas during maintenance emergencies and other issues
  • Provide assistance to people in need
  • Communicate with local enforcement about any incidents
  • Prevent or detain suspects in dangerous or criminal activity

Requirements and Skills

  • Senior School-leaving Certificate or Diploma is required
  • Proven experience as a security officer or guard
  • Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
  • Inventory

2.) Material and Procurement Coordinator

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Liaise with parties responsible for material inspection to ensure prompt inspection of all materials to avoid delays to project execution
  • Develop a tracker for all essential materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian content requirements in the procurement of all materials to be used on projects
  • Execute local (overseas as required) purchasing such as sourcing and issuing purchase orders
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, perform price negotiations, and process supplier invoices
  • Choose the appropriate suppliers to purchase from
  • Do extensive industry research, meet with salespeople, and compare their products and prices.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to purchase the required products.
  • Award contracts to the vendors, and continue to administer these contracts throughout the relationship; with the approval
  • Update project folders with all notes, technical documents, and quotes as appropriate
  • Use specialized knowledge to determine that the facility has the machinery, components, and supplies needed to efficiently and safely operate.
  • Review any engineering changes that affect material or supplier, to adjust stocks accordingly.
  • Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness
  • Periodically review suppliers, and launch improvement programs where required
  • Think of ways to eliminate waste and variability in the supply chain.

Qualifications / Skills / Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply/Marketing/Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the procurement/ Electrical Engineering field
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
  • Report writing, purchase orders and creating templates for procurement documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers
  • Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities

3.) Accountant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Perform month end and year end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor budgetary performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support external audits and ensure timely and accurate provision of requested information.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, monitor variances, and report on financial performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, PAYE, and other relevant taxes, within the specified deadlines.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Accounting.
  • Three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services setting.
  • Solid knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional Qualification: Applicants must be an Accounting Technician.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Integrity and adherence to ethical accounting practices.

Salary

  • N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
