1.) Project Manager (Waterfall Proficiency)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Assist the Program manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
  • Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Be the liaison between the project teams and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing and inventory reports, among other documents.
  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Meeting with project collaborators to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
  • Help the program manager monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents and generate reports.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of working knowledge and experience in a project management environment especially using the Waterfall Methodology.
  • Project management certifications: Certified associate in project management (CAPM), or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player that goes beyond job requirement in solving problems and challenges.

2.) Business Development Manager (Cyber Security Solutions)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives in banks, telecoms, and related organizations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to convey the value of our IT security solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by closing deals, upselling, and cross-selling IT security solutions to existing and potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Translate technical details into business benefits during client interactions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the technical, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure the successful delivery of IT security solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team to drive company-wide initiatives that align with the vision and mission of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business, IT, or any related field (MBA Preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of business development or sales roles within the IT security sector.
  • Deep understanding of IT security solutions and market dynamics.
  • Ability to champion campaigns, analyze performance and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Strong existing network of C-suite contacts within banks, telecom companies, and related sectors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • A visionary leader with a deep understanding of marketing and public relations strategies to drive business growth.

3.) Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Proactively source and attract candidates globally through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, industry-specific communities, and job boards.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and ability to work in any environment.
  • Support in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to facilitate the onboarding and relocation process for hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance and support in the selection and decision-making process for candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as contracts and letters.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and data protection requirements when conducting global recruitment activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience with recruitment and Human Resources.
  • Experience and familiarity with various sourcing techniques for local and international recruitment, including direct sourcing, global job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  • Professional certifications in HR or global recruitment is a plus.
  • Must be well organized and demonstrate good attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of basic programing languages
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a globally dispersed team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skill.
