We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Intelligence Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Role Summary


  • The Intelligence Officer will be responsible for monitoring internal activity, preventing security breaches, identifying risks early, and proactively gathering information to protect the business, our guests, and our staff.
  • This role requires strong observation skills, emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate quietly and professionally in a nightlife setting.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Security Intelligence:

  • Observe daily floor operations discreetly and report inconsistencies, misconduct, or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor guest and staff interactions to identify risks, threats, potential breaches, or unusual activity.
  • Identify internal theft, collusion, or policy violations and escalate appropriately.
  • Stay alert to emerging trends, customer patterns, and potential threats to the business.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure departmental SOPs, security policies, and service standards are followed in real time.
  • Conduct routine assessments on staff performance, guest flow, and operational vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare daily intelligence reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and chain-of-command protocols.

Incident Prevention & Response:

  • Proactively detect conflict, crowd dynamics, or suspicious behavior before escalation.
  • Support security team during emergencies, high-risk scenarios, and VIP events.
  • Monitor sensitive operational processes (cash handling, entry screening, VIP access, restricted areas).

Collaborative Support:

  • Work closely with Security, Operations, and Guest Experience teams.
  • Provide intelligence briefings to management when required.
  • Reinforce a culture of professionalism, awareness, loyalty, and discipline across departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security, intelligence, surveillance, operations monitoring, or similar role (hospitality/nightlife experience preferred).
  • Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent observation skills and ability to detect behavioral cues and inconsistencies.
  • Demonstrated confidentiality and loyalty in previous roles.
  • Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional under pressure and in high-energy environments.
  • Smart, well-spoken, mature, and confident with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and peak periods.

2.) Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are looking for a proactive, people-focused, operations-driven HR Manager who can maintain our elite service culture, manage a diverse workforce, and drive top-tier HR standards that match our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • End-to-end hiring for all clubhouse units (cashiers, waitresses, stewards, security, bouncers, hygiene, bar staff, kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, dancers, DJs, etc.).
  • Conduct structured shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality talent to reduce downtime during peak operations.

Training, Culture & Development:

  • Drive the club luxury service culture: grooming, presentation, behavior, and performance standards.
  • Organize daily pre-shift briefings and periodic refresher trainings.
  • Reinforce values: discipline, respect, speed, courtesy, and elite customer perception.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Act as the bridge between management and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Address conflicts professionally and resolve grievances timely.
  • Maintain attendance systems, punctuality discipline, and documentation.
  • Support welfare initiatives that improve morale and reduce turnover.

Performance & Discipline Management:

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics across all units.
  • Document infractions and enforce disciplinary procedures fairly.
  • Handle warnings, suspensions, and terminations as required.
  • Support managers in monitoring staff behavior on and off the floor.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, appraisals, and onboarding records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

Operational Support During Club Hours:

  • Visibility during operations to monitor staff conduct and uniform standards.
  • Support security, cashiers, hosts, dancers, bar, and floor teams as needed.
  • Ensure staff are positioned correctly and working efficiently.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience (hospitality/nightlife experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced nightlife operations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of discipline, confidentiality, and maturity.
  • Must be able to work nights/weekends occasionally during operations.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 / Month.

3.) Operations Manager (Nightlife & Club Operations)

4.) Laundry Officer & Laundry Attendant

Job Location: Ikate, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Hospitality (Clubhouse)

About the Role

  • We are hiring Laundry Attendants to support daily laundry operations.
  • You will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing, sorting, and packaging uniforms, towels, linens, and fabric materials.
  • The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, dry, iron, and fold clothes, towels, linens, uniforms, and other materials.
  • Treat stains with appropriate chemicals and methods.
  • Sort laundry based on fabric type, colour, and cleaning instructions.
  • Assist in the operation of washing machines, dryers and pressing equipment.
  • Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of clean items to respective units.
  • Report damaged items or equipment faults immediately.
  • Follow all safety and fabric-care procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an SSCE
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in laundry, cleaning, or housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of washing, ironing, and stain removal.
  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
