We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Process Analyst
Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
Reporting to: Head of Process
Role Purpose
- Empower operating teams by driving efficiency, ensuring accountability and operational integrity. You will create new processes and systems as well as improve existing ones.
- The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, data-driven business person who excels in data analysis, project management, stakeholder management, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve deep understanding of business needs and processes
- Engage business leaders on current processes, gaps, and anticipated changes
- Drive efficiency through process mapping and identification of opportunities
- Create systems for operating teams to use, primarily in Google Cloud Platform
- Provide initial training and support for operating teams until they are self-sufficient
- Design and conduct experiments to quantitatively identify best practices
Qualifications (Required):
- SQL
- Spreadsheet management
Qualifications (Preferred):
- University Degree in a quantitative field:
- Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econ, Math, MIS
- Dashboarding
- Python.

2.) IT Administrator
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Description
- As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting operations in the company within the framework and policies of the IT department as well as the vision and values of Watu.
- The IT Administrator's position is to work with escalated tickets and solution requests that needs attention as well as to maintain system or software administration, network infrastructure and hardware maintenance and set up scopes. This role is critical as this individual affects the capabilities of smooth and continuous business operations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for support and maintenance of company computer systems: Troubleshooting problems, configuring hardware and software, implementing and adapting new tools and startups.
- Implementation and maintenance of the network infrastructure and administration of the environment such as routers, switches, firewalls and others.
- Implementation and maintenance of the network infrastructure and endpoint safety.
- Performing regular HW and SW inventories and assessments of employee/ department/ management needs, evaluation of the administration and user rights, performance tests.
- Completing system installs and upgrades. installing new systems and implementing upgraded as needed. Conducting consistent analysis of a company's computer systems to determine if existing components meet the company's needs and perform upgrades or updates as needed.
- Technical support and maintenance of the office equipment - such as printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Support the local call center system and following up with structure integration and troubleshooting in the company's call center system solution.
- Adjusting and setting up ICT policies and procedures for the company and departments
- Work closely with management in relevant IT project management - budgeting, pipelining, distribution of tasks, team alignment, follow ups and reports.
- Investigation and implementation of new tools and systems according to department and process needs
- Keeping up with data analysis and incident reports.
- Working hand in hand with the Head of IT, IT department and other involved departments as well as third parties in order to reach the set objectives.
General:
- Follow company and IT department internal policies
- Prepare internal reports.
Qualification
Education Level:
- Degree in IT or relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role of system or IT Administrator
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting technical and MS issues
- Hands on experience with network infrastructure and configurations.
- Hands on experience with network cabling and assembly/ connection of different types of HWs
- Proficient with google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive), ability to use those tools for analytics and optimization of tasks and processes.
- Experience and skills with Active Directory/ MS Server
- Understanding of methodology of IT standards and SW/data safety.
- Proficiency with google workspace and/or Google Cloud products, ability to use those tools for administration, analytics, creation and optimization of processes.
- Experience and skills with Data Studio will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Gitlab, Spiceworks and others will be considered as an advantage.
3.) Sales Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Description
- The Sales representative will be responsible for communicating the benefits of a Watu Simu in order to drive sales.
- S/He will serve as the point of contact between Watu Simu and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive sell out (increase in business revenue).
- Drive sell out by conversion of cash customers to credit)
- Increase in revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores
Route Management:
- Ensure effective and efficient route compliance
- Increase of store coverage by 12 new stores per month to increase the Simu universe
Effective Operational and relationship management:
- Build sound relationships with all customers, dealers/ store owners based on mutual trust and goodwill.
Competition market sensing:
- Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements (competitor activities, promotions, incentives, innovations, pricing, planograms)
Training:
- Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action (including refreshers for stores that are finding difficulties in maintaining sell out
Reporting:
- Update WoW store performance and identify key indicators to increase sell out
- Check on store capacity and stock status for appropriate Simu sell out
- Report back on VOC in a timely manner for quick fix to be implemented
- Timely reporting of stock outs
- Monitor in-store pricing
- Monitor competitor’s new innovations and Market sensing
- Resolve red flag issues and report to management when unable to resolve
Display Management:
- Push to maximize Watu Simu in store visibility
- Negotiate for Prime/Front Space to maximize on visibility of Watu Simu retail elements
- Negotiate POS material placement with store owners/managers
- Ensure neat and clean display with a customer journey driven by CTA
- Check accurate pricing, promotional pricing, competitor pricing
- Ensure all company assets are maintained according to company policy
- Manage discretionary giveaways to ensure optimum return on investment
- Identify in-store cross-merchandising opportunities with OEM partner
Effective self-management:
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
- Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures
- Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs
- Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in a Business related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sale will be an added advantage

4.) Finance and Administrative Assistant

Description
- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team.
- The Finance Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
