Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Prioritize and recommend appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
- Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
- Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO.
- Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Manage all aspects of organization’s office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.
- Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years experience working in the financial industry
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to: IT infrastructure; IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to details.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
Job Position: Receptionist
Job Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role for at least 2-4 years
- Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace
- Highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and consolidating long-term financial services relationships among personal and corporate customers.
- Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant
- Good command of both verbal and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

- Customer service attitude
- A University Degree and an additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Salary Range
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
Job Position: Driver
Job Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
Requirements
- A High School Degree
- A valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience to perform the job safely
- Time management and organizational skills to stay on schedule.
Salary Range
- N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
Job Position: Operations Staff / Teller
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Filling out paperwork/deposit and withdrawal slips
- Balancing numbers at the end of the business day
- Supporting the head of operations
- Registering new accounts and ensuring information are tagged to the right customers.
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
- 2 - 3 years experience in financial services.
- Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be required.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
Job Position: IT Personnel
Job Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Cyber security.
- Review diagnostics and access the functionality and efficiency of our systems
- Recommend new Financial technology to Executive Management.
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, Hardware, software and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
