We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Accountant

Job Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and statutory remittances (e.g., VAT, PAYE, WHT).
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification (in view or completed) is an added advantage.

2.) UI / UX Designer + WordPress Developer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy UI/UX Designer with WordPress skills to design and build responsive, high-converting web pages.
• You’ll work closely with marketing team to create landing pages, property listings, and lead funnels.

What You’ll Do

• Design pages in Figma (or similar)
• Build responsive UIs in WordPress
• Customize themes using Elementor, or custom code
• Optimize for speed and mobile
• Maintain consistent, user-focused design

Requirements

• 1–2 relevant project links
• Proficient in Figma
• Experience with WordPress development and plugins
• Mobile-first, conversion-focused mindset
• Your portfolio or website
• A Figma file or link to a favorite design/dev project
• Close proximity to Yaba is an added advantage.

3.) Social Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media trends.
• The Social Media Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance communication and online presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media trends and metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with the real estate, technology, hospitality, or agriculture industries is a plus.
