1.) Social Recreational Club Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island Garden, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Recreational Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring a high standard of delivery service, managing staff, coordinating events and programs, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for members and guests.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing both administrative and hospitality aspects of the club.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and member services.
- Develop and implement recreational programs, social events, and activities tailored to the interests of members.
- Supervise and manage club staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue; prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all club facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for supplies, equipment, and outsourced services.
- Promote the club to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Prepare reports and updates for the club’s executive team or governing board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- 8 – 10 years of experience in recreational facility or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recreational management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

2.) Downstream Sales Officer
Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Downstream Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling refined petroleum products (e.g., PMS, AGO, DPK, lubricants, LPG) to retail outlets, commercial clients, and industrial customers.
- The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective product delivery and customer satisfaction in line with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers within assigned territory or market segment.
- Promote and sell downstream petroleum products including lubricants, fuels, and gas.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Track sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure customer compliance with credit and payment terms.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in downstream petroleum sales or B2B sales in a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of petroleum products, pricing structures, and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Requirements
- Qualification: Must be HND/BSc (third class not acceptable)
- Age Limit: 29 years

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
