We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Admin Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.
  • This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with cognitive experience in the construction and microfinance environments will be an added advantage .
  • The Admin Officer will oversee daily office activities, support project teams, and manage documentation while maintaining a focus on organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, communication systems, and general office upkeep.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff and project teams.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all company documents, including contracts, project files, and financial records.

Construction-Specific Duties:

  • Assist in coordinating construction project activities, including permits, site documentation, and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure administrative requirements are met.
  • Support procurement processes by managing documentation, vendor communications, and purchase orders.
  • Track inventory and supplies for ongoing projects, ensuring timely replenishment.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, staff orientation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Track and manage staff leave, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports on administrative operations for management review.

Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or microfinance sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction project workflows and basic financial procedures in microfinance.

2.) Junior Safety Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Junior Safety Officer supports the Senior Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations at the construction site. This role involves proactive monitoring, training, and reporting to maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily safety inspections on the construction site and identify potential hazards.
  • Assist in implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Investigate and document minor accidents or near-misses, reporting findings to the Senior Safety Officer.
  • Maintain records of safety incidents, audits, and inspections.
  • Monitor workers to ensure compliance with safety guidelines, including PPE use.
  • Support in conducting toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is in good condition and accessible.
  • Assist in preparing safety reports and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and ensure the readiness of first-aid resources.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
  • Strong observation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and enforce safety rules.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 per month.

3.) Junior Storekeeper

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Storekeeper is responsible for managing construction materials and equipment, ensuring proper inventory management, and supporting project efficiency by maintaining accurate records and timely availability of resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual or digital systems.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or theft of materials.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Organize and label materials in the store for easy identification and access.
  • Issue materials and tools to workers based on approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team of low inventory or reordering needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of an OND in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
