We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Administrative Officer - General Operations

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Administration

Job Purpose


  • To provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s real estate construction activities.
  • The role focuses on coordination, documentation, compliance support, and internal service delivery across departments and sites.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Coordination:

  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory levels.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and manage internal communications.
  • Provide support in filing, correspondence, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new staff (ID cards, workspace setup, admin briefing).

Site & Departmental Support:

  • Serve as the administrative liaison between head office and project sites.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of documents, approvals, and logistics to/from sites.
  • Track the use and availability of materials, safety gear, and project documentation on site.

Records & Documentation:

  • Maintain updated records of staff movements, leave schedules, and contractor attendance.
  • Support the compilation of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
  • File and archive site reports, staff queries, vendor documents, and compliance forms.

Asset & Vendor Monitoring:

  • Assist in tracking office and site assets, ensuring proper tagging and movement records.
  • Follow up with vendors and service providers on deliveries, maintenance, and performance issues.
  • Keep accurate records of facility and vendor-related expenditures.

Compliance & Process Adherence:

  • Ensure administrative procedures are followed regarding approvals, documentation, and material movement.
  • Escalate any observed irregularities or breaches to the Head of Admin.
  • Support site-level enforcement of policies (e.g., sign-in/out, dress code, material approvals).

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND or BSc in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in general admin support, preferably in construction or real estate
  • Prior knowledge of facility or operations management is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

2.) Administrative Officer - Facility & Logistics

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Administration

Job Purpose

  • To coordinate and manage daily administrative support, facilities upkeep, and logistics operations across construction project sites and offices, ensuring timely resource allocation, functional facilities, and secure, compliant movement of personnel and materials.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Management:

  • Supervise the maintenance and functionality of all office and site facilities (e.g., site offices, toilets, generator houses, water points).
  • Ensure timely repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Monitor utilities usage and liaise with utility providers (PHCN, Water, etc.) for billing, repairs, and installations.
  • Ensure waste disposal and environmental cleanliness on sites.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Manage the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites.
  • Ensure all material transfers are documented, approved, and verified in line with internal control processes.
  • Coordinate staff movement and transportation logistics.
  • Maintain records of vehicles, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.

Inventory & Asset Monitoring

  • Maintain a daily register of all incoming and outgoing materials at each project site.
  • Support periodic physical inventory and asset verification exercises.
  • Flag any discrepancies or irregularities to the Head of Admin promptly.

Vendor and Contractor Support:

  • Liaise with approved vendors for facility-related services (cleaning, maintenance, repairs, generator technicians).
  • Support the onboarding of new logistics and maintenance vendors following proper documentation.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Submit weekly reports on facility status, logistics activities, and material movement to the Head of Admin.
  • Maintain organized administrative records, approvals, and incident logs for all sites assigned.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or HND / BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, Facility Management, or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in an administrative or logistics role (preferably in a construction or real estate company)
  • Familiarity with Nigerian construction site environments and challenges

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Good understanding of construction logistics and facility upkeep

3.) Inventory / Storekeeper

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Store Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment across construction and manufacturing sites. 
  • This role ensures proper inventory control, timely documentation, and supports project or production continuity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and tools.
  • Maintain organized storage systems for easy accessibility and tracking.
  • Regularly update inventory database or stock ledger (manual or digital).
  • Perform periodic stock counts (daily, weekly, or monthly as required).

Stock Control & Reporting:

  • Issue materials / tools / equipment based on approved requisitions.
  • Track consumption trends and flag low-stock items in advance.
  • Prepare stock movement reports and highlight variances or discrepancies.
  • Support audits and stock verification exercises.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure all goods received are supported with proper documentation (POs, delivery notes, etc.).
  • Maintain material return slips and damaged goods reports.
  • Follow safety and compliance standards regarding storage of sensitive materials.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, project teams, and production supervisors for seamless supply operations.
  • Coordinate with site engineers or production leads to anticipate inventory needs.
  • Monitor movement of assets such as tools and portable machinery (e.g., generators, mixers).

Education & Experience

  • Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in inventory or storekeeping role (preferably in construction or manufacturing).
  • Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Excel, Zoho Inventory, ERP systems).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple stock items and fast-moving inventory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift or move medium-weight items when necessary.
  • Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing materials is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve work at construction sites or factory floors.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and building materials.
  • Also note that it involves working on Saturdays.

4.) Storekeeper

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to manage site inventory, receive and issue construction materials, and maintain accurate records of stock levels. 
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping within a construction environment, with a strong understanding of material handling, documentation, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies delivered to site.
  • Issue construction materials to site personnel based on approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers and/or digital systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store and materials.
  • Maintain and update stock ledgers, delivery notes, invoices, and requisition forms.
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile with inventory records.
  • Report stock discrepancies or low stock levels to the Procurement or Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel on timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Follow company procedures and ensure proper documentation for all store activities.
  • Support audits and provide accurate reports on store operations.

Requirements

  • SSCE /OND / NCE / HND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software or Excel is a plus.
  • Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Honest, dependable, and disciplined.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work on construction sites and in varying weather conditions.
  • May involve extended hours based on project demands.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
