Job Description
- The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive, based in Lagos, Nigeria to join the company in this exciting phase of its growth.
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for the execution of key human resource administrative and strategic functions such as Compensation and Benefits management, Talent Acquisition, HR Reporting / Records Management, Employee Engagement, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Co-ordinate the posting of job ads on recruitment portals, shortlisting, conducting assessment tests and interviews for candidates.
- Prepare and communicate offer letters to successful candidates.
- Ensure email creation and procurement of work tools/Identity cards for new hires.
- Conduct staff on-boarding.
- Contact applicants’ references and conducting background checks on new staff.
- Confirmation of new hires upon successful completion of probation
- Maintain employee/operative information on the database by inputting and updating employment and status change-data - online & offline.
HR Administration and Employee Relations:
- Ensure all correspondence with employees are placed in their respective personnel files.
- Update all HR information with regards to Employee lists, loans, salary advance and leave request etc. on the database
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Submit periodic reports.
- Administer and manage employee benefit packages (HMO, Pension, etc).
- Prepare, manage and execute approved HR policies, procedure, strategy and processes
- Administer employee engagement activities.
- Assist in managing employee welfare.
Performance Management:
- Conduct periodic performance evaluation/appraisals.
- Identify training needs of staff as indicated the performance evaluation forms.
- Prepare and communicate performance improvement plans.
- Prepare performance evaluation reports
Compensation & Benefit Management:
- Administration of payroll - Compute staff salaries, overtime, loans, salary advance, arrears/bonus, penalties and other deductions.
- Follow up on all employee benefits, i.e. pension contribution, group life insurance, health, etc.
- Processing all staff allowances promptly upon approval by Head HR
- Disciplinary & Consequence Management:
- Conduct necessary investigations where disciplinary issues have been flagged against an erring staff.
- Attend disciplinary panels and take reports/minutes of such meetings.
- Draft and issue queries, warning letters, suspension letters and termination letters, in applicable cases
Educational Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant courses
- 5 years experience as a HR Officer / Manager.
- Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, creativity and attention to details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Excellent Google suite & Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- And SAP
- HR Certification (CIPM certification is an advantage).
Job Position: Personal Assistant to Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Send a daily report to the CEO.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Answering calls and managing both internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders, especially for interviews with other CEOs and potential investors.
- Attending to official need of the CEO.

Job Position: Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

Responsibilities
- Keep proper records of the books of the Commission
- Record proceedings of the Board and its Committees
- Be responsible for the administration of the Secretariat
- Issue notices of meetings of the Board and its Committees
- Be responsible to the Managing Director and the Board
- Serve as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on all matters relating to company law and corporate governance
- Provide accurate and timely advice on all legal and regulatory matters of the institution and support in legal and compliance related matters
- Deal with correspondence, collate information and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant stakeholders

Job Position: Internal Audit / Control Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The internal Auditor is expected to Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; preparing for audits by conducting appropriate research; preparing and distributing draft reports to the management.
Responsibilities
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
- Obtain andanalyseand evaluate accounting documentation.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Qualifications / Job Competencies
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 5 years relevant experience in Auditing

- Knowledge of SAP ERP(Added Advantage)
