We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Field Support Technician

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • Field Support Technician (FIBER) will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fibre optic networks. This role involves working in various field environments, ensuring that the fibre infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively. The technician provides hands-on support and solutions to any issues related to fibre connections, (both Aerial and underground) from installation to repair.

Responsibilities

  • Installation: Set up and install fibre optic cables, connectors, and related equipment in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fibre optic networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to fibre optic connections, including signal loss, cable damage, and connectivity problems.
  • Testing: Use specialized tools and equipment to test the integrity and performance of fibre optic cables and connections.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their fiber services are functioning correctly.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices when working in the field.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the fibre optics field. Strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of fibre optics installation and maintenance practices.

Skills:

  • Experience in splicing fiber optics cables.
  • Experience in the use of OTDR machine to locate faults on fibre optics cable
  • Experience in fibre optics cable deployment both Arial and underground.

2.) Estate Operations Management Associate

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • Manage engagement on WhatsApp channels, and drive resolution of all cases received through the channel.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly etc reports of WhatsApp affairs, and proactively create and monitor tickets for all triggered and escalated cases.

Responsibilities

  • 100% comms sent to all estates affected by outages.
  • Maintain 15 mins SLA of Outage Notification from ALERT is communicated.
  • Proactively give customers feedback.
  • NPS score of +15 by year end
  • Drive and ensure prompt resolution of Cases/Support
  • CSAT score of 60% by Year end for all estate customers.
  • Adherence to all required Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc reports.
  • Track updates of all escalated cases.
  • CES score of 60% Year end.
  • Achievement of the monthly Target.
  • NPS score of +15 by year end
  • CSAT score of 60% by Year end for all estate customers.

Qualification / Experience

  • Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Completed NYSC.
  • Telecoms and/or Finance sector is desirable.
  • Customer service/experience (Front line, Retail shops or Contact enter) highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional reporting and task follow up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive approach to tasks

3.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records in the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Inventory Officer.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval of stock.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers for order deliveries and returns.
  • Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock.
  • Help prepare inventory reports and documentation.
  • Support the Inventory Officer in implementing inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in training new inventory staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office suite
