We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for juice quality, food safety and hygienic and safe production environment in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• To ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards in the production of quality product and implement quality control processes.

Responsibiliites

• Conduct several product tests and assessments.
• Identification of product defects and record and report discovered issues.
• Assit in quality control supervision of the production line.
• Adhere to the company’s quality control SOP
• Carrying out Microbial Analysis.
• General monitoring of activities in the company premises including cleaning, hygiene, workplace ethics and safety.
• Preparation of chemicals needed for all analysis.
• Physiochemical analysis of juice and water.
• Data entry of all analysis carried out.
• Ensures compliance to NAFDAC, SON and other government agencies regulations.
• Design, update SOP & prepare documents for QC/QA purpose.
• Ensures 100% compliance to all quality standards.
• Ensures continuous leaning and development and keep abreast of recent juice and beverages quality standards.

Education and Work Experience

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field from any reputable university.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality control, quality assurance and food safety in a Juice and Beverage production plant.
• Relevant certifications in quality, food safety, HSE, or ISO standards and training is an added advantage.

2.) Filling Machine Operator - NIMCO Machine

Job Location: Mile 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a Machine Operator who is responsible for support operations.
• The Packaging Operator must perform cleaning and sanitation requirements to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining all or some of the following equipment: Gable Top Packaging Machine, NIMCO Machine, Hot Fill Machine, Casers, Depalletizers, Palletizers, labeller, etc.
• Daily operation of packaging equipment safely and efficiently to produce top quality products
• Maintain equipment per manufacturers and internal specifications by ensuring the completion of PM’s, initiating work orders, and integrating into the maintenance team during rebuilds and supplementary repairs.
• Troubleshoot machinery
• Assist with product/package/code changes on empty bottle depalletization
• Complete and accurately document all activities during shift
• Perform all Packaging Operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical/manual cleaning for all other areas.
• Participation in pre-shift meetings, team assignments and audits.
• Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, GMP and policies. Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.All other duties as assigned

Requirements / Technical Skills

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification. 
• Knowledge of Gable Top Packaging Machine OR NIMCO and Flexible Packaging filling Machine is really important

3.) Spare Part Store Officer

Job Location: Mile 2, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Spare Part Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining and managing the inventory of spare parts for the maintenance department.

Responsibilities
The following are the roles of the successful candidate:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts.
• Regularly update the inventory management system.
• Properly label and store spare parts in designated locations.
• Organize parts systematically for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
• Issue spare parts to maintenance personnel as requested.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Receive and inspect incoming spare parts and materials.
• Verify the quantity and quality of received parts against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Record the issuance of parts and update inventory records accordingly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely availability of parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
