We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) General Manager

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The General Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the factory’s multiple units – bakery, water, ice cream, ice block, and juice production.
  • This role ensures optimal production efficiency, product quality, regulatory compliance, and profitability while maintaining a safe, productive, and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies for all production units (bakery, water, ice cream, ice block, juice) to meet business goals.
  • Prepare annual production plans, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize output.

Production & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets are met on quality, quantity, and timelines.
  • Monitor equipment utilization and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure proper raw material planning, inventory control, and waste reduction across units.
  • Establish and enforce production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Implement and monitor quality control systems across all product lines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards (NAFDAC, SON, environmental laws).
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to maintain product quality and plant hygiene.

Financial & Cost Control:

  • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports including production volumes, cost variances, and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate stock-taking and reconciliation with finance and store departments.

People Management & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise plant managers, supervisors, and staff across all production lines.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff competency and performance.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and procedures.
  • Champion a safe work culture and organize regular safety drills and HSE training.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Stakeholder & External Relations:

  • Liaise with suppliers, regulatory authorities, and key partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Represent the factory management in company meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly/annual production targets.
  • Reduction in downtime and operational costs.
  • Improvement in product quality ratings and compliance scores.
  • Employee productivity, retention, and engagement levels.
  • Safety record (zero lost-time accidents).
  • Profitability and cost efficiency of each production line.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of  experience in manufacturing management, preferably in FMCG/food & beverage sector.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2.) Auditor

Job Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and verifying all warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proper safeguarding of inventory.
  • This role focuses on auditing stock movement, documentation, and operational processes to detect discrepancies, prevent losses, and support sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Audits:

  • Conduct regular (daily/weekly/monthly) physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and warehouse records, recommending corrective actions.
  • Audit receipts of goods (raw materials, finished goods) and verify against delivery notes, invoices, and GRNs.
  • Check stock handling, storage conditions, and shelf-life compliance.

Process & Documentation Review:

  • Audit goods issuance process (dispatch, loading, delivery) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify correctness of warehouse documentation including bin cards, stock registers, issue notes, and returns.
  • Review and approve write-offs, damaged goods reports, and stock adjustments after investigation.

Compliance & Policy Enforcement:

  • Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, inventory control policies, and company guidelines.
  • Monitor warehouse security practices to minimize pilferage, theft, and unauthorized stock movement.
  • Check compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.

Reporting & Recommendations:

  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting variances, risks, and process gaps.
  • Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation by warehouse management.
  • Provide periodic summary reports to management on stock accuracy and risk exposure.

Risk Management & Loss Prevention

  • Identify weaknesses in warehouse operations that may lead to financial or material loss.
  • Collaborate with storekeepers, warehouse supervisors, and finance to implement controls.
  • Monitor high-value or fast-moving items closely to prevent stock shrinkage.

Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.
  • Support training of warehouse staff on proper documentation, handling, and compliance practices.
  • Track audit findings and ensure they are closed within agreed timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy of stock count vs. system records (variance percentage).
  • Timeliness and completeness of audit reports.
  • Reduction in stock discrepancies and write-offs.
  • Compliance rate with warehouse SOPs and company policies.
  • Implementation rate of audit recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in warehouse auditing, inventory control, or internal audit.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, stock accounting, and ERP/inventory systems.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

3.) Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

  • The Warehouse Marketer is responsible for driving product sales directly from the warehouse, ensuring customers are properly attended to, and supporting the distribution of goods.
  • This role combines marketing, customer service, and light inventory coordination to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote and sell company products (bread, water, ice cream, ice block, juice, etc.) to walk-in and wholesale customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide product information, prices, and promotional offers to boost sales.
  • Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Service:

  • Attend to customers promptly and professionally at the warehouse.
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.

Warehouse Support:

  • Coordinate with storekeeper/warehouse staff to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor stock levels of fast-moving items and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure products are well-arranged and displayed for easy access and good presentation.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and receipts for all transactions.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the Marketing Manager or Accountant.
  • Track credit sales (if any) and follow up on payments with approval.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from customers on product quality, pricing, and market trends.
  • Report competitor activities, price changes, or promotions to the management.
  • Recommend strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND / NCE or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
  • Good numeracy and negotiation skills.
