LifeBank is a healthcare technology and logistics company that’s in the business of saving lives. We believe that no African should die from a shortage of essential medical products at the hospital level, and we are on a mission to solve this. LifeBank is currently working on the blood shortage problem in Nigeria by connecting hospitals to blood banks, and blood banks to donors. We do this by hosting blood drives and by delivering blood in less than 55 minutes, in a WHO and EU recommended cold-chain, to hospitals.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Fulfillment Officer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The fulfillment officer is directly involved with carrying out orders and fulfilling them within the shortest time possible.
- The role would also manage Medical dispatch riders (MDR’s), take inventory, management of company asset and vendor management
Responsiiblities
- Responsible for the welfare of MDRs.
- Ensure routine and major maintenance of all LifeBank’s assets.
- Reconciliation of funds and updating relevant sheets with finance and Ops.
- Carry out routine cylinder tracking.
- Manage StockBank inventory and StockBank order packaging.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Oversee the office management.
- Responsible for collecting and reconciling invoices and paying money into the bank daily.
- Responsible for signing and managing all LifeBank vendors in their city.
- Manage supplier relationships in their cities/regions under supervision of the Operations Lead.
- Monitor riders compliance with SOPs.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Report all operational challenges on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree/HND.
- 1-2+ years in logistics, fulfillment or similar role.
Skills and Abilities:
- Cost reduction/management.
- Data entry and management.
- People management.
- Good stress and time management skills.
- Great at asset maintenance.
Personal Attributes:
- Passion for people and health.
- Very familiar with the Port Harcourt routes/road/landscape.
- Cost reduction skills.
- Preferably knows how to drive a bike and/or car.

Work Environments:
- Work in the office Monday - Friday and remotely on weekends.
- Might be required to report to the office on the weekend if necessary.
Salary
N75,000 monthly.

2.) Quality Assurance Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Job Type: Fully Onsite
Reporting Structure: Report to the Chief Technology Officer
Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of top-quality software products.
- In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to implement and enforce best QA practices.
- As a contract Senior QA Manager, you’ll bring expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to elevate our testing methodologies and drive product excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and processes in line with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, providing leadership on testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive quality initiatives that align with project goals and optimize the product lifecycle.
Test Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, considering functional, performance, and security aspects.
- Oversee and execute testing phases, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Process Improvement:
- Identify, recommend, and implement QA tools, frameworks, and automation practices that optimize testing efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, establishing key quality metrics and KPIs to track QA performance and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis of product issues and develop corrective action plans.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the QA liaison to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on quality goals and expectations.
- Report testing progress, quality metrics, and product readiness status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners when required to ensure consistent quality standards.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience managing QA teams and projects within a tech or software development environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and CI/CD processes (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and API testing is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3.) Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Impact Program Manager
Job Overview
- The M&E Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of our LifeBank Group’s programs and projects, designing and implementing M&E activities, assisting Project Managers in preparing reports on project progress and will monitor project activities on a regular basis.
- S/he will lead data collection, analysis and reporting, and ensure that data is effectively used for program improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks for all programs and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to program and project teams on M&E processes and data collection methodologies.
- Lead the development of data collection tools, data analysis plans, and reporting templates.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and assess data quality.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, success factors, and challenges.
- Provide timely feedback to program and project teams on M&E findings and ensure that program improvements are made based on data.
- Ensure project teams are in compliance with projects rules
- Provide capacity building and training to program and project staff on M&E processes and tools.
- Ensure that all M&E reports are of high quality and are submitted on time.
- Represent LifeBank in external M&E-related meetings and events.
- Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving projects output
- Monitor the sustainability of projects results
- Provide feedback to the Project Managers on project strategies and activities
- Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
- Perform other tasks assigned
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
- A Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.
Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Good time and knowledge management skills
- Good initiative, time and stress management skills
- Knowledge of statistical software packages and Data Visualization tools such as SPSS or STATA,Power BI.
- Candidate should be willing to travel within Nigeria, especially Northern Nigeria.
