We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Junior IT Support Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary


  • The Junior IT Support Officer provides first-line technical support to employees and helps maintain the organization’s I.T. infrastructure.
  • The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user queries, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for I.T. issues related to hardware, software, and networks as well as ensure minimal downtime
  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Escalate more complex issues to the I.T. Manager as needed
  • Carry out routine computer system backup and system diagnostic checks twice every week
  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and security updates
  • Educate staff on the company's I.T Policy and report non-compliance to the I.T Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory
  • Provide regular reports to I.T. Manager on support activities and any recurring issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline with requisite exposure and experience in ICT environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar role
  • Relevant certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, CCNA) would be an added advantage
  • Good communication, technical, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer applications.

Remuneration
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly Gross.

2.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships.
  • This role involves researching market trends, developing sales strategies, and implementing initiatives that lead to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive trends
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual marketing strategies/work plan
  • Initiate business ideas and market the company range of products and services
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of the company's present and prospective clients
  • Develop relevant proposals on the company range of services that meet the needs of the company prospective and existing clients
  • Seek new businesses from existing clients, as well as identify and source for new clients.
  • Regularly maintain and sustain a corporate appearance at all official duties and functions, and make business presentations on behalf of the company
  • Carry out negotiation on all assigned transactions involving the company and ensure that the outcomes of such negotiations are always in favor of the company
  • Prepare detailed proposals, tenders, and reports for potential projects or partnerships.
  • Lead by example in judicious utilization of company's resources that may be placed at his/her disposal at all times

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in any of the Social/Management Sciences, Humanities, or Science Disciplines
  • 5-7 years of cognate work experience
  • A Master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences, Humanities, or Science Disciplines and/or professional certification would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in Business Development and Corporate Marketing/Sales or a related role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Remuneration
N280,000 - N300,000 (Monthly Gross Salary)

3.) Documentation Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Documentation Officer is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining records and documents within the organization. This involves storing, cataloguing and retrieving documents/records while maintaining their accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's overall documentation processes.
  • Storing of company documents, cataloging them and retrieving them when needed as well as ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
  • Implement and maintain document archiving systems in compliance with the organization’s guidelines – Both hard and soft copies.
  • Manage spreadsheets, records, invoices, databases, and other files, ensure their accuracy, integrity, and completeness, and establish and implement long-term storage strategies.
  • Work with various departments to ensure document workflows are efficient and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Ensure proper labeling, classification, and storage of all documents in line with the organization's standards.

Academic qualifications

  • OND in Library and Information Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as analytical skill
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration
N100,000 (Monthly Gross Salary)
