1.) Head of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) - Energy Sector

Position Overview
- The Head of ICT, is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all aspects related to Information and Communication Technology within an organization.
- This role involves overseeing the IT department, ensuring the effective use of technology to achieve business goals, and providing leadership in the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the organization's ICT strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's operations and objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead the ICT team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive technological advancements.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners.
Information Security:
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and information assets.
- Stay abreast of security threats and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
System Development and Integration:
- Lead the development and integration of software solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Establish and enforce ICT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant technology environment.
User Support and Training:
- Oversee the IT helpdesk and support functions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technology skills of staff members.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of innovation within the ICT team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ICT processes and systems.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on ICT initiatives, projects, and performance.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment between ICT strategies and overall organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior ICT leadership role.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Project management skills and experience.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar executive role in the energy sector with a focus on structured finance.
- In-depth knowledge of energy industry financial practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
