We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Executive

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
• Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks
• Overcome the client’s resistance or hesitation and to be able to offer solutions to problems
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets
• Closely following up on all business leads
• Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Oversee the sales team performance to ensure company targets are met by holding daily check-in to set their objectives and achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in health insurance or general insurance
• Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals
• Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers
• A quick learner with strong negotiating skills, with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

2.) Medical Manager

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Responsible for the crafting and directing the strategic direction of the company to ensure that members have access to quality healthcare in a conducive provider environment at a reasonable cost that guarantees operational profitability
• Oversees Care coordination, Case management, Provider Administration, Call Centre and Quality Assurance units in the company
• Assist with product development, working in conjunction with Heads of underwriting and business development to periodically review plan benefits in line with historical utilization patterns to and the competition to mitigate risks and ensure operational profitability
• Formulate policies and initiatives for effective provider network management, medical cost management, quality assurance and cordial relationship with providers that results in excellent service delivery
• Ensure medical cost control through analyses and trending of utilization patterns and formulate and execute measures to minimize medical cost.
• Develop relationships with the leaders of healthcare providers to ensure service excellence and no disruption of service by healthcare providers.

Requirements

• First Degree in Medicine from a recognized Institution.
• Experience: 3 years and above with the HMO space.

3.) Nurse Auditor

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Review daily in-process report for new assigned claims
• Request documentation from Office Assistant needed to complete clinical review of assigned claims
• Contact provider's representative to resolve billing issues
• Contact provider's representative to negotiate claim
• Confirm repricing information with provider
• Review coding of professional bills utilizing requested procedural notes
• Review itemized bill and medical records for medical appropriateness and inconsistencies by performing a line by line clinical review of claim
• Research unfamiliar procedures as needed via web
• Provide status of outstanding claims upon request
• Prepare management reports of findings for submission to clients

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse
• Should posses minium of 2 years of experience (HMO experience will be an added advantage).
