We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Personal Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Act as the point of contact between his/her principaland internal/external clients
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Conduct research forinformation when the need arises
  • Handle communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)
  • Prepare presentations and documents
  • Manage expense reports
  • Takeminutes during meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND Business in Business Management or a related field
  • Relevant certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal/ Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work without supervision
  • Ability to make decisions in critical situations

2.) Senior Auditor

Job Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos

JobSummary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auditor with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our financial integrity by conducting comprehensive audits, evaluating internal controls, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) or International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, including testing internal controls, analyzing financial transactions, and identifying potential risks.
  • Stay current on accounting principles, auditing standards, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
  • May participate in physical inventory counts and other audit procedures.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, accurately summarizing findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
  • Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform data analysis using audit software and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Communicate effectively tocolleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
  • Minimum of Five (5+) years of experience in external or internal auditing.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Relevant Audit certification is highly required
  • Proven experience in conducting various types of audits (e.g., financial statement audits, operational audits, compliance audits).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software(Word, Excel, ERP).

3.) Account Officer

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Support the Team in managingall accounting transactions, including audit of financial transactions and documents.
  • Work with the payroll manager to prepare and manage financial reports such as balance sheets, profit/loss statements, payroll, and other financial statements..
  • Present weekly/monthly reports and other relevant periodic reports on the financial status (such as the financial health and liquidity) of the company.
  • Identify trends and recommend actions based on strategic analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with best practice of financial policies and regulations across all finance activities.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly and timely recorded.
  • Update and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable accordingly.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database updates and backups when necessary.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Industry knowledge is a plus
  • 3+ years of hands-on Finance /Accounting experience
  • A member of a professional body e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA will be a plus
  • Highly confidential with good integrity
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
  • Good understanding of generally Accepted Accounting Principles
