1.) Sourcing Leader 

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-Time

Description


  • The Sourcing Lead is responsible for managing the sourcing process for the Geographical Unit, delivering optimal product and service cost, high-performance, risk-managed supply base in line with the business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create sourcing plans that reduce cost, secure supply, and minimize supply chain disruptions, aligned with category strategies.
  • Develop action plans, timelines, and resource assignments for sourcing projects, including the assignment of projects to the Global Sourcing Centers (GSC)
  • Lead the request for information, quotation, proposal and bidding processes and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery, and total cost of ownership.
  • Comply with all SLB and Local procedures applicable to the job function. Ensuring full compliance throughout with Financial and Sourcing procedures
  • Manage sourcing activities to support the Division Geographical Unit Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC).
  • Define a high-performance supply base for locally managed commodities.
  • Prepare and execute the Supplier Development Plan and implement performance targets with assigned vendors.

Processes & Interfaces:

  • Sourcing Project Launch and Award
  • Initiate Supplier Contract
  • Maintain Purchasing Data
  • Geographical Unit Procurement Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing & Supplier Management or any related functional expertise (Planning, Operations, Procurement etc.)
  • Prior experience in developing, implementing, and executing contracts with Suppliers.

2.) Facility Specialist

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-Time

Description

  • The Facility Specialist is responsible for overseeing specific functional duties and responsibilities associated with facilities assessments, maintenance, repairs and other systems to ensure cost-effective, safe operation of an assigned facility with a view to long-term preservation of the asset value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Base maintenance activities within various Business Lines and Functions.
  • Responsible for applying Permit to Work (if any) and closure.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities and support operations for maintenance.
  • Follow up and supervise all Preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure QHSE procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
  • Handle property administration by troubleshooting, completing tagging, data entry & inventory; completing purchase orders, receiving; completing record keeping; establishing tracking system, gathering information and, information gathering and support for space allocation decision makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering, Sciences or Facility management

3.) Digital Production Engineer (DPE)

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Description

  • Digital Production Engineer (DPE) is responsible for providing the digital solution to production operation, assurance, and optimization space. This includes enablement of surveillance, analysis, diagnostics, and optimization capabilities for operators on wells, network and topside.
  • The DPE will be expected to assess opportunities for digitally enabled innovative solutions to routine and non-routine well & asset production issues for removing the bottlenecks for client.
  • The DPE engineer will frequently act as the SLB Digital-Operations-Solutions-Production representative to the customer and participate in promoting new technology and service offerings.
  • Required to work closely with the Business Development Manager, tech sales, service delivery and Project Manager and to liaise with third parties and other SLB business lines to coordinate resources and activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Technical solution framing work
  • Responsible for key technology selection and application
  • Plan and rollout the digital solution to customers for identifying underperforming candidates, production optimization, Well / Field performance surveillance and monitoring.
  • Support with determining value calculation of digital solution offering including ROI calculation to Client.
  • Maintains an industry watch for third party and competitor developments in digital solutions for Production.
  • Identifies areas justifying Research & Development and communicates to the relevant portfolio managers.
  • Evaluates the capabilities of existing digital solutions and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Acts as a focal point for Production Engineering input to digital projects in general.
  • Analyze efficiency of digital solution deployment from proof points to scale up.
  • Coordinate with Reservoir, Well Construction and Operations functions.
  • Ensures application of SLB QHSE Management System in tasks and participate in SLB & Project internal audits.
  • Technical oversight responsibilities for multiple projects in the production domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
