1.) Maintenance Officer

Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Uncle Stan´s Foods.
- He or she must conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and maintain a safe and functional environment for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and address any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues promptly to prevent disruptions to restaurant operations.
- Schedule and oversee regular servicing and calibration of equipment to prolong lifespan and maintain efficiency.
Facility Management:
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to identify areas requiring repairs or maintenance, such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, or structural damage.
- Coordinate with external contractors or service providers to address facility maintenance needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment breakdowns or facility damage, to minimize impact on operations and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Implement contingency plans and temporary solutions when necessary to maintain essential services until permanent repairs can be completed.
- Keep detailed records of emergency incidents and follow-up actions taken for future reference and analysis.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate availability for ongoing maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions and expenditures to track budget utilization and optimize procurement processes.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and procurement, to coordinate maintenance activities and address cross-functional issues effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff regarding proper use and care of equipment and facilities to prevent damage and prolong lifespan.
- Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and any potential impacts on restaurant operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food service management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in the role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

2.) Storekeeper

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in inventory management and storekeeping.
- The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of items while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming materials, inspect them for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record received quantities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issuances, returns, and adjustments, using appropriate documentation and systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and specifications before acceptance and distribution.

Requirements
