We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Security Control Officer

Job Location: Abuja

Job Objective

• Responsible for the security and safety of guest; Staff; Building; Assets and Stock.
• Maintain safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Assist the management in enforcing staff discipline, rules and regulations.

Safeguarding Customers, Staff, Building, Assets, Stock:

• Secure the premise by partaking regularly in patrol / in store walks as per bit postings / roaster and monitor surveillance equipment; inspect building/equipment’s, and access points; permitting entry.
• Spot check of the back store, registers & entry point for vendor / suppliers and other points of exit / entry.
• Continuous check of staff and movement of goods / stock from back store to in store
• Ensure Fire safety norms & standards are strictly adhering to.
• Parking Control: Ensure that parking decorum is maintained.
• Adherence to Car park management.
• Help maintain store shrinkage along with the relevant departments.
• Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities; inform violators of policy and procedures; restrain trespassers. Compliance with company policies & procedures on Safety & security measures: Ensure all systems, process & checks are followed by staff and suppliers.
• Handle the issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
• Clear traffic at store entrance & exit points. Security Gadgets:
• Monitor the performance of all security gadgets, camera, fire equips, safety equips, etc.
• Control traffic by directing drivers.
• Counter measures for bomb threat.
• Resolve vehicle damage, loss; theft, stealing.
• Assist in capturing of all vital information through gadgets.
• Assist in reviewing the recordings.

Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month

2.) Hotel Food & Beverage Manager

Job Location: Kaduna
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.  
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.  
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the Apartment’s Room Service operation.
• Work with the GM and keep him/her informed of F&B issues as they arise.
• Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports.
• Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service through ongoing and recurrent training systems.
• Supervise all Room Service personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all banquet functions.
• Ensure optimal level of service, quality, and hospitality are provided to guest.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery.
• Monitor and maintain proper running and cleanliness of banquet areas.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed.
• Coordinate and monitor all phases of the Room Service operation.
• Ensure effective communications between each shift.
• Supervise the room service area in order to attract, retain, and motivate the employees.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.

3.) Civil / Building Construction Engineer (Entry Level)

Requirements

• Qualifications Qualification: HND or B.Sc in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience in building and civil engineers.

Salary Range
N30,000 - N50,000 / month.
