1.) Realtor (Female)

Job Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluating properties by knowing the local real estate market.
  • Inspecting properties before listing them on the market.
  • Preparing official, written offers for buyers based on property inspections.
  • Guiding and directing buyers and sellers through the closing process to complete transactions successfully.
  • Arranging showings and open houses.
  • Suggesting improvements to sellers that will increase marketability and raise the value of properties.
  • Advertising, marketing, and tailoring each listing to the correct audience.
  • Being the chief negotiator and primary point of contact for all paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Responsible and ethical.
  • Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Successful sales record.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.


  • Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
  • Benefits: 30% commission on sales.

2.) Sales Representative

3.) Cashier

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cashier with a background in accounting to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Your accounting background will enable you to reconcile cash transactions, manage petty cash, and contribute to financial reporting tasks.


  • Process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments, accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues or concerns
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels and recording sales
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including daily sales summaries and cash reconciliation reports
  • Manage petty cash fund and process reimbursements for approved expenses
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or irregularities in cash transactions to management
  • Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably with a background in accounting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and accounting principles
