1.) Marketing / Sales Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Generate leads through various channels like social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs.
• Engage job seekers with informative job postings and events.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers.
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
• Organize and participate in industry events to promote services.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

2.) Operations Officer

Job Description

• Ensuring compliance on company procedures and policies.
• Managing of the company’s lands and assets.
• Managing of the company drivers.
• Handling of operations budget.
• Ensuring regular servicing of company cars.
• Ensuring vehicle papers are up to date.
• Ensuring all company assets are maintained and serviced as at when due.
• Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
• Perform other task as may be delegated by management.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

3.) Procurement Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Getting approvalfor purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Inventory Management.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Preparing procurement reports.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Perform other task as may be delegated by management
