Position: Business Development Executive

Basic Duties 

• Preparing, planning & managing the publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion; creating marketing campaigns & working with the Company's external PR agency to ensure execution; creating new & innovative ways of marketing; contributing to the annual sales & marketing plan: supporting the marketing manager in marketing activities, etc.

Requirements 

• The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Estate Management or any other relevant Business/Management discipline.
• Must have minimum of 3 years quality experience in related position. 

Position: Head Marketing - (Securities & Investments)

Basic Duties 

• Developing & execution of winning marketing & sales strategy, through good research & market/competitors' analysis; prospecting for new clients and ensuring effective relationship management with existing clients; developing/recommending new products & services; managing the marketing team for maximum performance; preparing appropriate sales report for strategic action, etc.

Requirements 

• The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in a relevant Social or Management Science.

 Position: Accounts Officer

Basic Duties 

• Will be responsible for; monitoring & coordinating revenue generation: preparing cash monthly cash analysis in coordination with other departments; preparing monthly reconciliation of all payment vouchers; ensuring that all necessary books of account are properly kept; keeping & updating fixed asset register & undertaking their regular verification; preparing bank reconciliation statements, among other duties & responsibilities.

• Must hold LL.B & B.L;

Position: Group Human Resources Manager

• Overall strategic management of the Group's human resources including - review of organisation structure; development of Basic Dutiess; & KPIs for all positions; manpower planning; recruitment & on-boarding; staff performance management; training/manpower development; compensation & welfare; employee engagement; discipline; maintenance of employee records, etc.

Requirements 

• The ideal candidate must have a good Bachelor degree or HND in a Social Science discipline (MBA &/or Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be added advantage).
• Must have minimum of 5 years quality experience in HR Management function.

• The ideal candidate must be an Ex-serviceman of the Nigerian Military or Police, with minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position.
