We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Laboratory Technician

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical analyses and experiments in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and optimize laboratory processes.
• Compile and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be an Industry Chemistry graduate with a minimum of B.Sc. Degree.
• Possession of relevant certifications in the field is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Adaptability to evolving industry standards and technologies.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

Certifications:

• In addition to a B.Sc. in Industry Chemistry, candidates must possess relevant certifications such as (Specify Certification) to demonstrate specialized skills and knowledge in the field.
