Job Position: Store Keeper

Job Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Description


  • We seek to employ an experienced and motivated candidates who are interested and passionate to add value to the business through their expertise, skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Take delivery of incoming inventory and reconcile with purchase orders.
  • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
  • Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals from the warehouse.
  • Record and update the company’s inventory system including generating monthly/periodic reports
  • Daily distribution and issuance of supplies, materials and/or equipment based on requests and orders.
  • Identify and dispose damaged items while following guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee the movement of equipment and any minor repairs within the warehouse.
  • Maintain ethical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least ND in Business Administration, Warehouse Management or any Business related discipline.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate store records.
  • Energetic.

Job Position: Cashier

Job Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Description

  • ND in Accounting, Bookkeeping or any business-related discipline

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Job Position: Showroom Supervisor

Job Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Description

  • Ensure products are well displayed on the shelves at all times with sufficient spaces
  • Ensure that the showroom is clean and well maintained
  • Welcome customers and help them with any enquiry on visiting
  • Escort customers to desired locations within the showroom and provide details on what they are looking at or intending to buy
  • Demonstrate product features by explaining clearly their brands uses and stand in the market
  • Assist customers through the payment process either through POS or cash payments.
  • Confirm that product warranties are handed over to customers at the time of purchase and products are delivered to their vehicles.
  • Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

  • At least OND in business or related discipline
