Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support (NYSC Intern) at Layer3 located in Abuja.
• The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop computers and other information technology systems.
• The role will involve help desk support and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience with customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of desktop computers and information technology systems
• Relevant certifications in IT Support or related field.
