We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Lead, Saving Mobilization Team
Job Location: Akoka, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and prospects for increased market penetration and growth in market share.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to win target markets and undertake study to identify market trends.
- Provide recommendations and market feedbacks for better service delivery, increased productivity and optimal performance
- Daily follow up of saving customers and driving the marketing activities of the saving group/DMOs.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing or deposit mobilization in a Microfinance Bank or related industry.
- Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong ethical awareness and commitment to professional standards.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
