Job Position: Letting Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Letting Officers to connect homeowners with home seekers, minimize property void periods, and deliver high-quality client service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Market residential and commercial properties.
• Manage rental enquiries and maintain records.
• Conduct property viewings.
• Handle lease negotiations.
• Conduct pre-tenancy assessments.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is completed.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in property letting or related roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Professionalism and discretion (ability to engage HNIs).
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
