We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Assistant
Job Location: Nigeria
Your Responsibilities

• Reconcile account receivables and payables
• Maintain a high level of Customer Service
• Answer questions and resolve customer issues
• Assist customer service specialist with other related duties
• Monitor Shipment route
• Provide reports to Customers and supervisor
• Maintain and update computer database
• Management of project transport requirements
• Input and reconcile freight bills as needed
• Maintenance of equipment’s’ inventory

Your Competencies and Qualifications

• Good University Degree or its equivalent
• Minimum one year relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Strong computer skills/knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good team player
• Detail orientated
• Work well under pressure
