Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Logistics Onboarding Manager with a strong background exclusively in the logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the onboarding process for new employees, vendors, carriers, and partners, ensuring they are fully integrated into our client logistics operations. 
• You will develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs tailored to the unique needs and standards of the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Program Development:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, suppliers, carriers, and partners specific to logistics operations.
• Develop training materials and orientation sessions that reflect industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with HR, operations, training, and compliance teams to ensure onboarding programs align with overall business strategies and logistics standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new team members and partners during the onboarding phase, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

Process Management:

• Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, compliance checks, and training milestones are completed.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives, implementing improvements as needed.

Training & Development:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops that address the specific challenges and operational procedures within the logistics environment.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure new participants reach full productivity quickly.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track onboarding metrics and performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
• Report progress and issues to senior management and propose actionable recommendations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of the onboarding process.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the logistics industry with a focus on onboarding, training, or process management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing onboarding programs in a logistics or supply chain environment.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
