It is a one-day event featuring eminent speakers from different fields that will share unique ideas about our community here in Abuja, Nigeria and beyond. Job Position: Logistics & Operations Volunteer

Job Summary

• We are seeking dedicated and self-driven volunteers to support various functions within the TEDx Maitama community.
• You will work with a collaborative team to plan, execute, and elevate TEDx events, projects, and community experiences throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities (General Across All Teams)
While each team has specific tasks, all volunteers may support the following:

• Contribute actively to planning and executing TEDx Maitama events and initiatives.
• Attend team meetings, planning sessions, and rehearsals as required.
• Collaborate with team leads to deliver assigned tasks on time.
• Bring creative ideas, solutions, and initiative to your department.
• Maintain clear communication and uphold TEDx values.
• Support event-day operations, helping to deliver a seamless attendee experience.

Qualifications

• Prior volunteering or event experience is an advantage (not compulsory).
• Must be reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
