We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Lounge and Restaurant Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Scheduling and Delegation: Create staff rotas, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Training & Development: Onboard new hires, coach existing staff on service, menu knowledge, and company policies.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and performance, providing guidance and motivation.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate internal staff disputes and resolve complex customer issues.
• Service Standards: Ensure prompt, friendly service and that all staff understand menu details, including allergens.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports for management.
• Proximity to Governor's road Ikotun is compulsory.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years of experience. 

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
