Job Position: Maintenance Manager
Job Location: Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary

• We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure at a leading resort in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage a skilled team, and maintain a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
