Job Position: Male Logistics / Delivery Supervisor

Job Location: Bogije-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
• Create cost-effective distribution plans and efficient routes for deliveries.
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Ensure that deliveries are made within strict deadlines so that shipments arrive at their destinations on time
• Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
• Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
• Building partnerships and liaising with showroom manager to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant fields.
• 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
