Job Position: Managing Director (M.D)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Reports to: Board of Directors
Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the executive team across various functions
• Direct daily operations to achieve targets and budgets
• Implement board decisions
• Signing contracts on behalf of the company and assuming full responsibility for their performance.
• Responsible for the smooth running of projects with timely completion, within budget, to the standard expected.
• Supervise the senior management team to contribute to all strategic decisions.
• Implement health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the construction team and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to construction projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Control and oversee the company's finances and budgets
• Manage project costs and variations to minimize expenses without compromising quality.
• Improve the business's overall performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field from a reputable institution
• Advanced degrees (MSc or MBA )will be an added advantage
• Professional Certifications such as COREN, etc
• We require the services of a top-notch senior executive, with responsibility for overall strategic leadership and operational management of the company.

Experience:

• The candidate, with no less than 45 years old, should have extensive experience and expertise of not less than 15 years in construction management or related roles, with a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying size and complexity.
